Colorful Skies

"The earth laughs in flowers" Ralph Waldo Emerson

Happy Sky Watch Friday everyone. Rainy season has arrived in the tropics, lots of overcast drizzly days with pops of color from all the jacaranda trees coming into season.  We like to celebrate with the local Jacaranda festival.
Photographers often recommend if you have a great view remember to turn around and check the other aspects where I caught a bit of the urban wildlife or brush turkeys foraging for lunch. Pretty amazing they are not bothered by busy roads or folks walking by.
A little peek into a new class I am working on using products in different ways to create textures.

That first photo is fabulous, Mandy! I'm not familiar with jacarandas but I do remember seeing them on another blog a year ago. So beautiful.

What a beautiful delicate colour, - the leaves surrounding the base of trees here are golden and orange these days, and they are also very beautiful.
