The Good Things

"Joy is what happens to us when we allow ourselves to recognize how good things really are"  Marianne Williamson

Happy Sky Watch Friday from our blustery beach.  Winter had tossed lots of big debris above the high tide line. Torn branches on this old tree confirm it has seen a few storms in its day but still holding fast on a pretty little point of sand.  Click the link see what bloggers from all over have found on their horizon to share with us this week.
This week's creative project is a good example of making the best of things, paint runs, ink smudges and colors that would not blend are all a bit of Wabi-Sabi perfect for ATCs.

Poor battered old tree, it is sad to see them get torn up by the storms, but it's hanging in there.

Beautiful photo of defiance in the face of adversity.

Beautiful photo, and a perfect quotation. How many people refuse to recognize good because they want to complain about how bad things are?
A great post this week, indeed.
