Happy thanksgiving to family and friends in Plymouth or the USA.  Sky Watch Friday is one of the things I can be grateful for, a reason to keep an eye on the horizon for new things because you never know what good things there are to find. Click the link to see what 100s of bloggers from all over the world have found in their view of the sky this week. This week I found on the Plimoth Plantation web site lots of information about the history of Thanksgiving in America. It is my favorite holiday and in honour of the spirit of the season, I am opening my home to all orphaned pies, 1/2 pies, lonely pie slices are very welcome here.
A simply fabulous give away linked here to Sandy and her now very famous little shabby streamside studio.

Good idea, opening your home to stray pies. You never know who will have the crust to drop in.

Lovely photo, and your post made me laugh. Unfortunately there won't be much leftover pie as we're with 20 family and friends today. Happy Thanksgiving!

I hope you can go to Plimouth Plantation when you visit next year. We took our kids when they were young and I loved it as much as they did!
