Nothing can be done without hope and confidence.” Helen Keller
The weather has been a little wild the last few weeks as you can see from the little tree being blown about and a real treat to see this little patch of sunshine sneaking up on the horizon.

Hey Mandy, Yes I can feel that wind in your pic. I do love the quote I am a big believer in the idea of hope and optimism, cheers Katherine
She was so, so right. It's just the confidence thing I lack! Great shot. I too can feel that breeze going straight through me. Pxxx
Superb view of the sky. It does look stormy.
I enjoy stormy weather, I don't mind wind as long as there are clouds and rain. It is endless wind with no interesting weather that I don't care for.
Beautiful shot. I love the hint of blue peaking in.
The tree does appear to be being bullied by the wind. Hope your days are calmer soon!
Marvelous capture, Mandy! I love the stormy skies, too! And you can feel the wind! Terrific! Hope you have a wonderful weekend!

Oh what a beauty!
Oh, the sky looks very moody with that dark cloud, how nice to see the sun and the piece of blue sky peeking through.
Love your shot. And it seems there is a hole in the middle. Happy Friday!

I agree with Helen Keller! A optimist wink with the little blue hole in the sky :-) Have a good weekend!
poor tree, please fairy god mother, make me a giant tree.
My hursband was in melbourne, and he saw a lot of tree planting.
Very nice!
woww what a beautiful picture, the sky is really amazing.
That little patch of blue brings hope. ;)
Well, the skies here in N.H. today don't even have a bit of that sunshine. Perhaps later this afternoon or tomorrow depending on which station you are listening to.
oooo I like that little window in the sky!
Yes, here too, Mandy, the weather changed overnight to chilly and rainy...a cup of tea is on ♥
*Happy weekend*
