Sunshine

“Keep your face always towards the sunshine and the shadows will fall behind you.” Walt Whitman
Thank you to our wonderful hosts of Sky Watch Friday, where hundreds of bloggers from all over the world come together each weekend to celebrate the simple joys of watching the always changing show going on up in the sky.

Thanks to everyone who stopped by to visit us at Brisbane’s Scrapbook Expo, great fun to meet lots of you up close and play with the glimmer mist and Australian Scrapbook Ideas magazine.  Lots of blog parties going around this weekend including a joint give away sponsored by Susan from Naps on the Porch who's famous for the tablescaping parties and The Tassle House. Surely every home needs a tassle or two.

Another sprinkle of sunshine was finding “UPPERCASE” a magazine for the creative and curious, packed full of artistic and colourful adventures, and they are Canadian eh! Recently we have been researching family history. Now knowing our lineage is full of printers and book finishers, my altered books and passion for fonts makes more sense and love discovering publications that share the joys of creativity.

Thanks for stopping by on my blog. I am so new to this and am just learning how to connect and respond. My sunrises from Cabo would be great on the sky watch.

Mandy~ thank you for stopping by. I haven't been able to get around as much while I was on vacation. As little computer time as possible!
Now that I am home I hope to get back into the 'swing'

Quite a striking view over a weather-worn rustic fence.
