Happy Moments

“The moments of happiness we enjoy most usually take us by surprise. It is not that we seize them, but they seize us.” Ashley Montagu

Sat waiting for the sun to slip over the horizon to capture a pretty photograph and the second
after I clicked – just past that marker buoy – a dolphin leapt out of water. You never know when nature is going to surprise you with those little added extras.

Thank you to all that who asked about the little strawberry box on show at the Ekka.

Everyone enjoyed the fresh and creative use of paper. Using the Rapt In Paper box kit made construction pretty quick and left me to play with the design.

I'd call that a very special added extra, and I'm sure you enjoyed it just the same -although "un-captured".

I was on a camping vacation this week and I thought about you each evening because this is the first place I ever saw the meme "Sky Watch Friday". I hope I'll be able to take part soon!

Isn't it delightful, sitting on the beach waiting for the sunset shot. Wort the wait but the wait is a journey in itself.

I know what you mean about the extras! I think they must be just for our personal pleasure, instead of to share...either that or we're being taunted!!

How lovely for you to get such a bonus, I once had a pod of dolpins play aroud me on the end of the Streaky bay jetty just ater dark. One of the biggest nature thrills I have experienced, they performed just for me as I whistled Mozart to them.

A lovely picture and well worth waiting for.
