Celebrating Ordinary Moments

“Find your joy in the ordinary moments and experience how beautifully rich and rewarding life can be” Ralph Marston
&
“The more you praise and celebrate your life, the more there is in life to celebrate” Oprah Winfrey

In the middle of what has been a crazy couple of weeks, I had to pull off the highway and enjoy this moment. The fence line is pushed over from the recent flooding in our area, still drying out but everything is lush and green.

Thank you to our hosts of Sky Watch Friday and all the bloggers who participate for the reminder to take a moment to enjoy the free show that nature puts on for everyone across the sky.

One of my favorite altered book projects with a nature theme.

I have a hard time with the seasons down under, being from the Midwest, when we say winter...we mean WINTER...and you being from Canada, I'm sure you know what I mean!

Thanks for stopping by and enjoying a bit of my Iowa sky.

It is the little things in life that are the real milestones, they give us joy and pick us up from the mud, they quiet our minds and create peace in the soul. Good that you stopped to enjoy the wonky fence and let the green refresh you.
