Red Sky in the Morning

‘If we have no peace, it is because we have forgotten that we belong to each other.’ Mother Teresa

The weather has been a bit stormy the last few days, and a morning like this reminds me of the wives tale ‘red sky in morning sailors take warning.’

Sky Watch Friday is a huge party of bloggers showing off their view of the horizon in every colour of the rainbow.

One of the cards I have been working on using the Collections Elements range from beautiful sunny West Australia, too many fun images, printed papers and trims to choose from.

How soothing. Truly peaceful. And I just love that little bit of purple in the air..., we get that here too (and I'm happy to be back by the water!).

We rarely have this pink tinge, but I always look for it. Such a stunning tranquil image. Red sky in Morning Shepherd's warning I used to say.

g'day

thanks for your message, hope the job seeking goes well, it can only get better really I spose

I am pleased I inspired you to make life a bit nicer, hard sometimes though, I am so glad I started that journey with the cottage though, I could be wallowing in a tip now if I hadn't taken the bull by the horns as they say, amazing how you can get something from nothing

love the header, not sure if it's new or I just didn't see it before, I really like that

hope there's sunshine this weekend, we just got the sun back after a few days, thanks goodness!

With a beautiful morning like this, the soft colours are gorgeous, the sailors should not take the warning to serious!
