"Memories are simply moments that refuse to be ordinary" Diane Keaton

Life is full of moments but some stick in the memory banks.  One of the things I like about Sky Watch Friday is appreciating the little everyday moments that are sometimes quiet and simple  or when Mother Nature decides to toss the whole paint box across the sky for us to enjoy. Really excited this week that Australian Simply Cards magazine featured my interview with Stacey Caron of Spellbinders. What a treat to talk with a female entrepreneur who enjoys what she is doing and creating a great life for herself.

“Believe you can, and you are half way there” Theodore Roosevelt

Will be travelling for the next few weeks and checking in from all over. For now I am sharing a photo for Sky Watch Friday fans, click the link to see what other bloggers have found in their view of the sky.  Am working on some cool new creations for CHA galleries that I can’t wait to share soon.
Always exciting to be asked to create for a manufacturer's gallery. That is my canvas in the middle, bright yellows and reds, maple leaves and autumn theme with lots of 7 Gypsies accents.
And and art journal for the road trip using Imaginarium chipboard.

Love the lighting this time of year in the off hours the angles make for some fabulous views and the full moon this month sure put on a show of its own. Be sure to check Sky Watch Friday to see what hundreds of bloggers from all over have found on their horizon to share this week.
Am very excited to share the news that this month's Aust Simply Cards magazine featured my interview with Melissa Frances and creative inspiration from Carolyn Peeler. It was really nice of them to let me write their stories.
Working on the Tim Holtz May theme of stamping on tissuepaper.

Wildlife frequently joins my daily walks, sometimes big or slow and sometimes obviously just out having fun in the sunshine.  Happy Sky Watch Friday everyone, click the link to see what bloggers from all over have found in their sky to share this week.
One of my projects in the Winter CHA Designer Showcase, love the way Donna Salzar's inks blend.

A quiet morning sunrise at the marina is always a pleasure to see, you never know what the day might bring.

A little bird told me

Thanksgiving is my favourite holiday.
What can be sweeter than simply taking the time to appreciate all that is good in your world. This year and week has provided some wonderful surprises including  one of my creations being featured in a recent Brave Girls newsletter.  The little bird is holding a tag saying expect miracles and kindly supplied by Crafty Secrets.

Fabulous weekend on the north coast, drove through Alstonville to catch up with the lovely Tanyah and girls at Scrap n Craft, gosh they have some fun things going on there, including a great display of glimmer mist, glam and glaze.  Looking forward to seeing what they have planned for their next big event on Nov 6th.

Thanks to my friends in Sky Watch Friday who have introduced me to what could be an ordinary pleasure of watching the show that nature puts on in our skies and all the fabulous views they share with us from all over the globe.
Another pleasure this week was finding Scrapbook Ideas Magazine at the newsagents and liking the way our submissions came up.
